You will have to do calculations for these fields:

Total expenses under the “Expenses” section - sum up all the figures from your particular expenses.
Total capital allowances under the “Capital allowances” section - sum up all the figures in this section
Gross Income under the “Your Tax Return information” section - take the figure from your “Total income” under the “Income” section and insert it here.
Expenses under the “Your Tax Return information” section - take the figure from the “Total expenses” under the “Expenses” section and insert it here.
Capital allowances under the “Your Tax Return information” section - take the “Total capital allowances” figure from the “Capital allowances section” and insert it here.
Tax deducted under the “Your Tax Return information” section - insert the “CIS deductions” figure from the “CIS Deductions (if any)” section and insert it here.
Taxable Profits under the “Your Tax Return information” section - deduct the figure for “Expenses” and the figure for “Capital allowances” from “Gross Income” figure and insert it here.
Once you have obtained these figures, you can proceed with your self assessment tax return on HMRC website as normal.
